A+-No visible marks of any kind on the playing surface. Perfect

A -Shiny glossy surface, no scratches. Some sleeve rub from the paper liner

B++ - shiny bright surface, only one or two very light marks/scratches. Possibly some sleeve rub.

B+ - Shiny glossy surface. No more than 6 light marks/scratches. There may be some sleeve rub.

B -Shiny glossy surface. Between 6 and a dozen light scratches. There may be some sleeve rub

C -Shiny glossy surface but with multiple light scratches or scuffs on the surface. . Possibly light surface noise
