A+ No visible marks f any kind. Perfect!
A - Shiny glossy surface, no scratches. Some sleeve rub from the paper liner
B++ - shiny bright surface, only one or two very light marks/scratches. Maybe some sleeve rub.
B+ - Shiny glossy surface. No more than 6 light marks/scratches. There may be some sleeve rub
B - Shiny glossy surface. Between 6 and a dozen light scratches. There may be some sleeve rub
C- Shiny and glossy but with multiple light marks or scuff on most of the surface
